One of the most stressful parts of planning your wedding can be putting together the guest list. The capacity of the venue and your budget will determine how many people to invite. Depending on who is paying for the wedding, the bride and groom should make their “must-invite” list and then divide the rest of the invitations between parents. Of course, if parents are paying for the wedding, they should be able to have additional invitations. If you still have to cut down your list, the first people to take off would be guests for single attendees, any unnecessary business associates and children. However, if you choose not to include children and unknown dates, let people know by word of mouth; do not write this on the invitation.
