We are an exclusive caterer, meaning that we host only one wedding at a time, so you receive the ultimate in personal attention and extra services that make planning and hosting your wedding so much easier for you and your families and friends.

We can begin with your ceremony. We have a poolside patio and gazebo for outdoor wedding ceremonies. If the weather does not permit outdoors, we can have your ceremony in our beautiful ballroom. Your guests will move into our Regency Suite for cocktail hour, where they will be dazzled by your beautiful ice sculpture, butler and buffet style hors d’oeuvres, attended stations, international cold salad display and a premium brand open bar. You may join your guests or have a private cocktail hour in our bridal suite.

At the conclusion of cocktail hour, we will invite your guests into our main ballroom, exquisitely decorated with new carpet and a cherry wood dance floor. As the Italian crystal chandelier sparkles overhead, your guests will enjoy a five-course meal, featuring tableside ordering and second portions served to everyone. Your wedding cake is included, as is a second dessert and an espresso and cappuccino station. You may want to add one of our Viennese displays or Deluxe Chocolate Fountain.

Out of town guests will enjoy their rooms in the adjoining hotel, and they will receive a discounted room rate when they book ahead. Your bridal suite is included, complements of the hotel.

Our package includes a five-hour, premium brand open bar, chair covers, bows and silk flower centerpieces. Our packages range from $75 per person to $95 per person, plus tax and service charge.
